Leading religious scholar Mufti Taqi Usmani
Has
appealed to the government to act wisely. According to details, in a statement
released on microblogging website Twitter, renowned cleric Mufti Taqi Usmani
said that the bloodshed committed by the government in Lahore was less to be
condemned. He said that the attacks on the police by some people were
definitely wrong. He appealed to the government to come to its senses and act
wisely.
It may be recalled that armed activists of banned Tehreek-e-Labeek attacked Nawa Kot police station yesterday morning, abducted other personnel including DSP and took them to the center. The protest of banned Tehreek-e-Labeek on Multan Road continued even today.
The
protesters injured during the conflict, including armed police spokesman said
the protesters attacked the police station ninth coat.
During
the attack, Rangers and police cordoned off the police station, which pushed
